We have a serious bug affecting charities, sponsorships, profile changes. Please check this forum thread before contacting us. Add your blog URL to the thread if you are experiencing any of these problems:

--Sponsorships never showing up.
--Profile changes suspending your blog.
--Inability to make changes to your charity.
