Blogger Spotlight: momoncoffee for TAPS

"The charity I have chosen is TAPS: Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors. This organization is there to pick up the pieces for the widows and children when one of our troops is killed in action, abroad or stateside. They provide financial assistance, as well as counselling, and many other services to the families left behind when their loved one gives the ultimate sacrifice for our country.

"In December of 2005, my husband lost his best friend/cousin in the War in Iraq. TAPS provided assistance to his wife and children (and still does)."
