Bloggers: check your time zone!

The surfing frame shows your blog's current time, as an assistance to the monitors. Unfortunately, our programmer (me) is easily confused by Daylight Saving Time and other anomalies. Please double-check to make sure your time zone is correct for your blogs in your profile, even if you set it before.
