More highlights.

Joanna at Donating Tenderness is blogging for the Tenderness Trail, an online memorial to child victims of violence. She has an amazing series of posts underway, thoroughly researched and brimming with information. It's not an easy topic but Joanna has turned it into one of the best and most comprehensive 'thon themes I've seen.

Speaking of difficult topics, Kim and Jo at Basilisks 'n' Beads are making necklaces and writing poems, talking about depression and suicide. The necklace photos and poems will be collected into a chapbook, and the necklaces will be sold by auction through the rest of the year; all proceeds from necklace and book sales will be added to their 'thon pledges and donated to the American Association of Suicidology. In addition, you can bid right now on the necklace pictured here (see this post for details).
