Day of Blogs 2008

We had a sneaky suspicion that, even though the official Blogathon is taking the summer off, others would still want a charity blogging event. That's why we were thrilled to hear that Jen, a monitor and blogger from the 'thon, is organizing Day of Blogs, which will take place the same weekend the Blogathon would have, July 26th. We've offered Jen the services of our forums and she's taken us up on it, so if you want to participate you can either check out the official Day of Blogs site, or head over to the Day of Blogs portion of the Blogathon forum. We've set up a special forum area, not only for Day of Blogs, but for anyone doing a special Blogathon-esque event to promote their cause - even if you're not planning to blog for charity this summer, consider stopping by the forums to support those who are!
